Technological Process

   Due to the characteristic of the stainless steel and carbon steel, stainless steel shall be processed by cold pressed and carbon steel elbow is under hot pressed.  To make our customer confident to buy our products, we have a series of strict-standard work flow as below.

Installation Instructions

Important Note:

1. Keep steel elbow tidy in a dry and ventilated room and check regularly especially for elbow stored for long time.
2. Check the various standard and apprearance of elbow pipe fittings.
3. Pay attention to tightness during installation to avoid leakage and elbow pipe fittings can only be installed horizontally.
4. Bolts for packing glands of elbow valves should be evenly tightened.
5. You should use hand wheel and close it by clockwise instead of levers or other management tools, so as to avoid damage to the valve.
