Working Principle:

The one-piece high-temperature sewage ball valve is a practical and patented product with a valve body design based on the widely used international one-piece structure, which reduces potential leakage points compared to the middle section of a two-valve ball valve. The valve stem is equipped with an inverted double seal to ensure complete leak-proof performance. The sealing packing and adjustment pad on the valve stem are made from high-tech composite materials with strong resilience, temperature resistance, wear resistance, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, good self-lubricating properties, and non-toxic characteristics. The valve can withstand temperatures up to 350ºC and is suitable for various media, including steam, thermal oil, gas, and water.
